Job Description:
Duties & ResponsibilitiesFinancial and Accounting Management
Responsible for management of day-to-day finance and accounting operations (including billing, finance, accounting and reporting) to ensure timely and accurate financial information with appropriate internal controls.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually in accordance with GAAP as well as provide other financial information to the Managing Director, other members of the Management Team, to inform decision making and action initiative.
Lead annual audit process, ensuring year-round compliance with GAAP and accounting standards.
Develop and monitor policies and procedures within general accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduce operating costs, and increase revenues. Maintain general ledger structure, chart of accounts, policies and procedures to enable financial statement preparation and compliance with all required financial audits.
Treasury management
Maintain banking relationships and serve as primary liaison with financial institutions.
Supervise function of Treasury accountant to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet financial needs.
Corporate Taxation
Timely and accurate preparation of all tax returns and other information as required by governing bodies.
Prepare income tax computation and file income tax reports on a quarterly annual basis.
Liaise directly with BIR examiners for all tax audits.
SAP Administration: Support SAP administrator for SAP Management
Others: Perform other tasks/duties as requested by superior.

Professional Skilla:
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant an advantage
At least 3 years related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP software
