Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the vehicle dispatch schedule of drivers & liaison.
Assist to prepare and coordinate all visitors pass with NNIC.
Assist in incoming and outgoing mails and couriers.
Assist in meals ordering for meetings, training and gatherings.
Assist in the follow-up of requests , quotations , purchase orders and invoices.
Assist in office supply monitoring.
Assist in the logging of endorsements to Finance.
Assist in organizing records such as filing , encoding and tagging.
Assist in facilities management and general office environment.
Personal & Interpersonal
Good writing and communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education:
