In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of contract management processes—all while supporting critical business operations that help shape the future of aerospace.
What You’ll Do:Establish, maintain, and revise contract files in accordance with department procedures.
Prepare and distribute contract summaries, briefing materials, and correspondence.
Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, incoming mail, and customer web portals.
Support contract administrators by coordinating travel, meetings, calendars, and expense reports.
Initiate export license D-Trade applications and monitor security device requirements.
Draft basic contract documents and agreements for review and approval.
Mentor and guide less experienced Contract Coordinators to ensure team growth and success.
What We’re Looking For:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience & Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and dependability.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $34.00 per hour
