We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to two senior executives of the Raytheon Capacity Growth Office and their teams. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, serving as a trusted partner who enables executive effectiveness, drives operational efficiency, and ensures seamless day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and exercises sound judgment in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
The position requires the ability to act independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and anticipate the needs of the organization, leaders, and geographically dispersed team members. In addition, the ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive information is critical. This Executive Assistant will need to be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
What You Will Do
- Perform comprehensive range of direct executive office support
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage complex calendars, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring optimal time allocation aligned with business priorities. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts before they arise.
- Maintain awareness of internal structural levels and hierarchy within the organization by being cognizant of internal and external Senior Executive interrelationships, styles, and methods of operation. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships and communication channels with other executive assistants.
- Answer questions and resolve or refer concerns by communicating proactively and demonstrating commitment to high quality customer service
- Prepare, edit, and format executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Screen information; communicate instructions and information effectively on behalf of the executives and follow up to ensure a timely response
- Monitor email, attend meetings and calls to gather action items, create and maintain a system to generate reminders of completion deadlines
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, to include but not limited to conference room reservations, call set-up, catering services and video conferences
- Coordinate materials prior to meetings and ensure pre-briefs are set up prior to, when appropriate
- Coordinate domestic or international travel according to policy, accurately prepare and submit expense statements in a timely manner
- Provide administrative expertise in identifying problems and issues and reach resolution, with little supervisor oversight
- Understand and comply with RTX and Raytheon policies and procedures and Security functions
- Proactively identify ways to enable greater productivity and efficiency in role
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in behavior and manner
- Work a flexible schedule that may require overtime or extended hours on occasion
- Work on mobile devices and use technology for increasing productivity of both the main office and other locations where senior executives may travel
- Possible Work Locations: AZ – Tucson, TX – McKinney, Richardson or MA – Tewksbury, Andover, Woburn
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination, planning events and expense reports
- Experience in corporate, aerospace, defense, or automotive environment
- Experience in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel
- Experience in Outlook, Concur and Microsoft office suite tools (MS Word, Power Point, Excel), electronic collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint), and video conferences (Zoom)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Self-starter capable of working autonomously under minimal supervision, in a highly visible, fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changes in priorities
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written communication (i.e. writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation) with executive presence, attention to detail and ability to represent senior executives to both internal and external customers
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, and apply sound judgment when making decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a team and matrixed environment

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
