JOB TITLE: FAR Subcontract Administrator
LOCATION: Greenville, SC
PAY RATE: Up to $55/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms and conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and services
Support development, production, and sustainment efforts across multiple contract types
Prepare bid packages and conduct bidder conferences
Evaluate proposals and negotiate subcontract terms
Recommend suppliers and manage subcontract awards
Coordinate changes and ensure compliance with subcontract policies and procedures
May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within delegated authority
Requirements:
2 4 years of subcontracting or procurement experience
Government purchasing experience, including FAR compliance
1 2 years of purchasing experience
2 4 years of SAP proficiency
Experience preparing bid packages and negotiating subcontracts
Ability to manage subcontract modifications (additions, deletions, changes)
Must be able to work onsite at least 2 days/week
Must be a U.S. Person (per ITAR definition)
