Position Summary:
You will be joining the Operational Business Support Team in the Procurement Operations commodity.
Your interfaces will be all operational teams in POS/POM and their stakeholders.
The activities of POSO/POMO - being the central team in POS/POM - cover transversal topics and transformation projects as well as operational business topics, performance management and in this context support the operational teams (located overall in Europe, Canada and China) in their day-to-day business.
Your main field of responsibility will be the POS/POM administrative subcontracting support. That means that you will closely work with the POS/POM teams, as well as General Procurement.
Essential Functions:
In your role, you will be responsible for:
● Analyzing and checking subcontracting documentation
● Placing orders in Click’n’Buy
● Filling in, managing and keeping up-to-date trackers for subcontracting activities in terms of content and quality (quality cross-checking)
● Archiving of documents (work specifications, commercial/technical offers, deviation documents)
● Following good receipts and orders extension
● Running meetings with Subcontractors and POxx focal points
● Monitoring relevant KPIs
● Chasing late orders / good receipts / other issues linked to subcontracting Additional
Responsibilities:
- regular cross check with budget focal points in POMO and POSO
