Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Business Analyst, Principal Specialist to join our team and provide business process solutions to the Program Management Office (PMO) in the Raytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products (SSBU).

What You Will Do

• Aggregate, filter, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to leadership

• Create scorecards, drill down dashboards, and detailed reports

• Build interactive, intuitive, engaging, and attractive visualizations

• Collaborate with the stakeholders and customers

• Design and develop standard methods, processes and tools

• Travel to participate in business engagements with customers, partners, and teammates

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelors degree in a related field with 5 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Ignition, etc)

• Experience in analytics and systems development

• Experience with small scale database architecture and development (e.g., MS Access, SQL)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources

Qualifications We Prefer

• Excellent communications skills and experience presenting to customers and senior key team members

• Experience in a technical or software development environment

• Experience with driving process improvements (e.g., CORE, 6Sigma, etc.)

• Experience using or accessing data from Material Requirements Planning (MRP) / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

We Are RTX

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
