The Information System Owner team exists within the Configuration and Data Management (CMDM) Center. Our mission is to ensure Raytheon products are safe, reliable, sustainable, and regulated. CMDM engages throughout the entire lifecycle of Raytheon products, from conception to decommission, supporting Engineering, program offices, and customers alike.
All Information System Owners (ISO) are responsible for prioritizing program work on information systems while managing risks and maintaining compliance with government standards. The Associate Information System Owner role is dedicated to supporting the Lead Information System Owner for a program or dedicated information systems. Associate ISOs work alongside ISOs, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, and Test Equipment Support teams and help coordinate the management of an information system.
We have an immediate need for an Associate Information System Owner. We are looking for a motivated IT and/or Cybersecurity professional who can support the management of information systems (IS), assist with IS operations, and contribute to the development and execution of program needs in classified environments. We are seeking a dedicated and eager-to-learn individual who is committed to continuous improvement and actively seeks to expand their knowledge and skills.
What You Will Do
Assist Principal and Senior Information System Owners in managing the Information System (IS) and coordinate work with IS support teams.
Support with planning and execution of Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities on the information system.
Help the lead ISO in conducting integrated change control by participating in regular Change Review Boards (CRBs).
Assist in overseeing classified data and media creation, processing, custody, transfers, and destruction.
Support the development of system planning and budgetary requirements.
Aid the lead ISO in approving general user accounts and low risk software change requests for the information system.
Maintain IS Management software tools including SharePoint website, financial spreadsheets, and user training materials.
Assist the lead information system owner with program and information system communications and meeting coordination
Record corrective actions and execution plans for coordination with the ISO, DT, and Cybersecurity ISSM to bring resolution to items listed on the Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. .
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in any of the following: Information System Management, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Data, Configuration, Contracts Management, etc.
Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
RTX PM Certification Level 7 or above, or equivalent
Earned Value Management (EVM) Certified
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and functional teammates.
Organized and able to participate in team projects to drive results
Demonstrated success in leading technical projects.
Ability to foster relationships with multiple working groups throughout the program and information system to gain understanding of upcoming program needs
Inclination to lead and manage teams, projects, and initiatives. Experience in a leadership role is beneficial.
Demonstrated dedication and willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and skills.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
