We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team and help shape, maintain, and improve digital solutions that drive automation and efficiency across our organization. Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into effective automation solutions

Design and build business applications, and workflows using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps and other tools

Identify opportunities to optimize and digitize internal processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual work

Partner with external vendors and internal teams to ensure clear communication, alignment on priorities, and visibility of project progress

Prepare proposals for creating, modifying, extending, or replacing solutions based on business needs

Plan and execute system testing and user acceptance testing

Create and maintain documentation and implement change control processes

At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect

A university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills with attention to detail

Ability to produce clear functional requirements and technical specifications

Excellent communication skills for both stakeholder collaboration and technical documentation

Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with proven hands-on experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint

Proficiency in spoken and written English
