Description:As a Senior Systems Integration Analyst, youll be at the forefront of strengthening network security and driving compliance across the enterprise. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic documentation and reporting—perfect for someone who thrives in a hybrid space between engineering and governance.

Youll take the lead on tracking network vulnerabilities, preparing for high-stakes audits, and managing the full lifecycle of network infrastructure—from end-of-life planning to software subscription renewals. Reporting directly to the S2 Strategic Solutions Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring alignment with ITAS standards, supporting Lockheed Martin audits as both a technical writer and presenter, and collaborating across teams to keep our network environments secure, compliant, and forward-looking.

Basic Qualifications:
Proven expertise in tracking and reporting vulnerabilities across enterprise network environments

Experience supporting audits with technical writing, Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development, and presenting findings to auditors and leadership

Strong knowledge of network hardware lifecycle management, including end-of-life (EOL) tracking and software subscription renewals

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment in risk and compliance matters

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experienced in creating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin ITAS standards, CIS Benchspans, and enterprise audit processes

Working knowledge of IT security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001

Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools and remediation planning

Experience with DX NetOps (Broadcom) or similar network performance and analysis tools

Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly backend development and process workflow design

Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation, process improvement, and operational efficiency

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
