Job Description:

Join us as our Application Support Engineer

Tasks

Performing deployments and updates, primarily for the components Keykloak, JBOSS/Wildfly, Apache, Tomcat, and ActiveMQ
Restarting application servers, services, or components
Verification after deployment
Replacing EAR and WAR files
Updating configuration files
Maintaining configurations
Checking certificates
Verifying integration with other systems
Managing database connections
Checking certificates
Verifying integration with other systems
Communicating and documenting work processes at the ticket level in the ITSM tool
Creating and maintaining SOPs for various technical aspects
Creating and maintaining update and installation processes
Updating documentation and configurations

Requirements

Good to very good English skills
Demonstrable experience in at least 1-2 technologies (Keykloak, JBOSS/Wildfly, Apache, Tomcat, ActiveMQ)
Enjoyment of working with direct customer contact Bonus: Linux/shell knowledge
Bonus: DBA skills
Bonus: Basic Java skills, deployment
Initial experience in log/monitoring log analysis
Demonstrable experience in a similar environment such as technical support, application management, or software development
