Key Responsibilities:
- Development of NPSS models for the PW1500G and PW1900G
- Updates to models inclusive of changes in the engine control and/or field learning regarding the performance characteristics of the modules.
- Maintenance of the NPSS model attributes such as required core library updates.
- Interfacing with the P&W US systems analysis, production, and field support team in an agile framework.
- Interpretation of engine test, field, and/or production data to define the performance characteristics of the cycle.
- Engage in studies regarding engine re-design opportunities inclusive of hardware, software, and engine ratings.
- Output performance tables that characterize the engine parameters to facilitate communications with other engineering organizations such as the CIPT’s (Component Integration Product Teams)
- Provide technical guidance for 24K Production/MRO network, airline customers, and internal engineering organizations.
