About the team:
It is a transverse team working with different core engineering verticals in Airbus. The USP of this team is working in a multi-functional environment providing digital solutions to engineering problems. The USP of the team is people with Core Engineering domain knowledge complemented by software development skills. The team plays an enabler role in various digitization initiatives across Airbus utilizing the latest technologies and the domain knowledge they have.

Some examples of the digital solutions for various Core Engineering departments such as Data driven designs of wiring, automated routing electrical harnesses, Data Analytics based products aimed at reducing physical tests of material specimens. It also involves developing web-based solutions to encapsulate and automate different workflows such as flight test planning etc. Some of the tools developed are used in the areas of Aircraft Safety analysis and Engineering Business Data monitoring etc.

M&T is deeply involved in Agile with frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum in developing state of the art digital products for the areas mentioned above.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with 8&43; years of experience, preferably with exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) . While prior experience in the Aerospace domain is a plus, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing backlogs, driving feature prioritization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals and customer needs in a regulated environment.

Required Qualification & Skills-

● Preferred Aerospace Domain Experience.

● Certified Product Owner - Scaled Agile Framework

● Overall understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

● Experience in software development using JAVA/ C&43;&43;/ C (one of the three Object Oriented languages)

● Experience in Front End technologies (Angular / JQuery / ExtJS / Node JS)

● Good understanding of the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC).

● Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe / Scrum / Kanban)

● Product/Project Management

● Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

● Creative thinker

● Strategic thinking

● Basic exposure to software development competencies.

● Good interpersonal ,communication and mentoring skills

● Very good analytical and Practical Problem Solving skills

● Work in a multi discipline and international environment

● Pragmatic and collaborative approach way of working
