Works on assigned projects/modules, processes with limited oversight.
Has knowledge of relevant work area.
Handles difficult problems.
Executes objectives for requirements management, reliability, coordination of different teams, evaluation measurements, and other disciplines for small projects.
Supports in managing work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management for small projects.
Sound knowledge in one or more programming languages like C++, C, Python, Java, scripting languages.
Ensures compliance with DO-178B/C standards to meet the certification objectives.
Supports Stages of Involvement (SOI) submission, reviews and audits with both internal and external cert authorities, compliance authorities.
Qualifications You Must Have *
B.Tech/M.Tech with Understanding of Avionics Systems/Software Architecture – Datalink, CNS, FMS, Displays.
Good in C++/C/ Python.
Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): requirements, design, coding, integration, and verification with exposure to DO-178B/C.
Experienced working in Development, V&V, SCA, debugging, troubleshooting, White-box, and unit/integration/verification testing.
Experience with software-software, hardware–software integration and debugging.
Qualifications We Prefer
Hands-on with: VectorCast, PyATE, RapiTest, Git, subversion
3-5 Years of Avionics Experience
Experience working on Agile Methodology.
Quick learning and adaptability to requirements based on project demands and dynamics.
Has sound knowledge of multiple Arinc protocols, such as ARINC 429, 618, 620, 622, A661, A739, A615.
Has sound knowledge of data link applications such as Controller–pilot data link communications (CPDLC), Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Contract (ADS-C), ATN Context Management (CM), FANS ACARS Facilities Notification (AFN).
Has sound knowledge of Data Link Industry Standards DO-258A, ED-110B.
Exposure/Knowledge of DevsecOps, Cybersecurity, Networking, ACDE pipeline tools
