In this context, you will join the production system efficiency tema at Illescas Plant for Industrial System Design and Modelling. Within this department, we define, develop and mature industrial solutions to address Aircraft programme challenges (deliver on-time and quality, reduce development and production lead time, cost of Product & Process development & all recurring costs).
We provide New Processes, Methods and Tools (including Design, Modelling and Simulation) to improve and predict our industrial performance.
We work in close link with transnacional ISE functions, collaborating on industrial projects and new Processes, Methods & Tools.
Your Impact:
You will be a catalyst of Change within a local team of Lean & Industrial ISEs to change the ways of working of the Industrial Community.
This position will allow you to be a Key Driver of Airbus Industrial Strategy at Illescas plant with high influence on legacy programs and also the Factory of the Future.
You will be directly involved in R&T and industrial projects and contribute to the design of the future Airbus industrial systems, to boost our industrial performance.

Your Boarding Pass:
Strong background in Manufacturing or Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering with deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Operational experience in the Implementation and Optimization of Industrial Systems (Conception phase, Qualification, Implementation, Management of Production Processes).
Proven experience in Industrialization and Shop-Floor execution
Solid knowledge of Industrial Performance Management.
Autonomy and ability to influence, lead the Change and deal with transformation processes in an international environment.
Previous knowledge on MBSE and PLM tools focus on Flow simulation as Anylogic & 3DExperience is a must.
