Description:Overview
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr for the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Program Production Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting the production and sustainment of the PAC-3 Command Launch System (CLS), ensuring timely and effective repair and refurbishment activities for domestic and international customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainment activities, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize production processes. You will work closely with Logistic & Sustainment Engineering (LSE) and shop personnel to ensure products are completed to schedule and meet customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing repair and instructional procedures to support production and sustainment activities
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to optimize production processes
- Collaborating with LSE and shop personnel to resolve issues and ensure product completion to schedule
- Creating documentation to support the setup of Depots in foreign countries
- Obtaining and maintaining a Security Clearance

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline
- Experience with Manufacturing / Assembly / Production processes
- Experience with CAD
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience with SAP
Desired Skills:
-PAC-3 Sustainment experience
-Experience using Data Analytics to optimize process flows
-Experience establishing/improving Manufacturing Build Sequences
-Experience with Windchill
-Tooling experience
-Apriso
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
