ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and schedules customer orders based on customer needs and requirements by performing the following duties.
- Prepares shop headers for customer requirements.
- Prepares orders for sub components and assemblies.
- Maintains release files for sequencing of manufacturing lots.
- Maintains integrity of all customer change requests.
- Releases manufacturing orders based on customer requirements and manufacturing shop load requirements.
- Reviews daily manufacturing production reporting data to determine and maintain schedule accuracy.
- Responds to all reported manufacturing shortages and takes appropriate action to correct.
- Develop and modify electronic routers.
- Maintain system accuracy for assigned product lines and daily dispatch list
- Interpret customer drawings.
- Define the sequence of manufacturing operations.
- Develop manufacturing dimensions and tolerances.
- Create manufacturing work instructions
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- B.S. or B.A. Degree (preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration).
- Experience in aerospace, machining, or other related industries is a plus
- Experience in operations or production planning, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and schedules is a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be capable of working effectively with minimal direction and supervision.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (specifically with Excel)
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $77600 to $97000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
