Experience with modeling and simulation of embedded systems (e.g. SystemC, QEMU) as well as open standards for models exchange and simulation interoperability (FMI, ED247, ASAM-XIL, TLM2.0, HLA). Experience in automotive or aerospace engineering is preferred.
Position: Principal Engineer (P4)
Job Title: Virtual Integration & Verification.
What You’ll Do:
- Build complex simulation and emulation test-benches to validate and verify aerospace cyber-physical networked embedded systems in virtual environments.
- Develop solutions for software verification in virtualized environments using alternative techniques (Model in the Loop – MIL, Software In the Loop - SIL, Virtual Processor in the Loop – VPIL)
- Develop solutions for system-level validation and verification in virtual environments by integrating heterogeneous models, virtualized systems/ subsystems, and tools using open standards (Example: FMI, ED247, ASAM-XIL, TLM 2.0, HLA) to enable seamless models exchange and simulation interoperability.
- Develop and configure Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL) solutions for testing and verification.
- Execute test scenarios, analyze results, and identify design or development issues through virtual integration and verification.
- Should work with global stakeholders and expand the business opportunity, identifying collaboration opportunity with business units and come up with own business proposals.
