Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support our client’s SAP landscape under the RISE with SAP model. The role involves managing cloud-based SAP systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security, and collaborating with SAP and hyperscaler teams to deliver seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

RISE with SAP Operations:

• Manage and monitor SAP systems hosted under RISE with SAP (Private Cloud Edition).
• Collaborate with SAP and hyperscaler teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Support onboarding, system conversions, and cloud migrations.

System Administration:

• Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, etc.).
• Handle transport management, client administration, and kernel upgrades.
• Conduct system copies and manage backup and recovery procedures.

Performance & Monitoring:

• Monitor system health using SAP Solution Manager and other tools.
• Optimize system performance and resource utilization in cloud environments.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement SAP security policies, manage user roles and authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and audit requirements.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with functional and development teams to support business processes.
• Provide technical guidance during SAP upgrades, patching, and integration projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience, with at least 1–2 years in RISE with SAP or cloud-hosted SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud deployment models.
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of SAP BTP and integration technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
