Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Systems Engineers to support multiple programs and proposal activities in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the role of a Product Manager.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Mid-Level or Senior Systems Engineers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Creates and manages a prioritized backlog of tasks for agile engineering teams
- Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle
- Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development
- Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs
- Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product
- Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and spaneting staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives
- Develops and revises Statements of Work and Supplier Statements of Work
- Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools
- Participates in Scaled Agile Framework planning and execution
- Oversees training, leads and mentors others
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 1+ year experience managing projects with Earned Value Management reporting requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with data analytics or computer technology
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 9+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master’s degree
- Active Security Clearance
- EVM certified to be a Control Account Manager
- 1+ year experience on one or more KC-46A aircraft programs
- 1+ year experience with Open Plan Professional
- 1+ year experience with Jira project management software
- 5+ years project management experience
- 5+ years’ experience with Lean process improvement projects and principles
- Experience performing root cause analysis to identify corrective actions
- Experience developing or reviewing Statements of Work
- Experience developing Basis of Estimates for contract proposals

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $90,950 - $123,050
Summary pay range Senior: $111,350 - $150,650
