Summary:
Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex system-of-systems solutions
Evaluate customer and operational needs; define and coordinate system performance requirements
Integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility across all physical, functional, and program interfaces
Conduct analyses to optimize system architecture and lifecycle factors (affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, security, and regulatory compliance)
Develop and improve requirements management processes, tools, and assessments
Manage risk, issues, opportunities, and technology readiness
Resolve cross-functional technical issues
Requirements:
Must be clearable to Secret (post-start).
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited program.
10+ years of engineering experience across multiple domains.
3 5 years of experience in several relevant disciplines, such as:
Electrical/Mechanical design
Software/Firmware design and testing
Test Engineering (test set development, HIL/SIL experience)
Manufacturing/Process Engineering
3+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
Hands-on experience taking a program/product from design to fielding, including requirements development, design criteria, verification, and validation test cases/plans.
INCOSE SEP certification or graduate-level systems training.
Familiarity with Defense Acquisition University System Engineering principles.
Experience with digital engineering concepts (MBSE) and open systems (WOSA, FACE, etc.).
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
