What are your contributions to the team?
• Define and implement control processes and documentation audit.
• Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of new parts and their inspection plans (SAP data entry)
• Be responsible for the compilation and release of technical documents (data entry)
• Be responsible for archiving and auditing the documentation
• Be responsible for the serialization of aircraft parts and equipment (data entry)
• Be responsible for preselected document scans
• Respond to specific requests for documentation (internal customers)
• Create and maintain standard procedures for documentation in the cells
• Participate at different internal governances and present the evolution reports of the progress for the projects
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
• You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalen, or any combination of experience and relevant education
• You have 3-5 years’ experience in documentation and certification for document control
• You are proficient with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project
• You are able to do inter-plant movements to support all of our sites. (CE, LBCC, Percival-Reid)
• You have good IT knowledge (database)
• You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work
• You must have effective problems solving skills
• You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable
• You have excellent communications skills in French and English
