For our A320 Family programme, we are looking for a
Financial Controller (d/f/m)
You will join the A320 Family programme controlling team, more specifically the team in charge of financial performance and analysis. With more than 600 a/c delivered in 2024, the A320 Family is the largest aeronautical programme and a key contributor to Airbus profitability.
The A320 Family programme controlling team is responsible for the preparation and analysis of the programme’s financials (P&L and FCF) and we are interacting with several stakeholders to give meaning to numbers.
We are a customer oriented team and we are always working to bring value to our business partners by providing accurate and relevant financial guidance to support decision making.
In this context, we are looking for our future colleague to support us in various activities.
Your tasks and responsibilitiesDriving Financial Performance management of the A320 Family programme: supporting the preparation of multi-year financial planning and year-end forecast, running sensitivity analysis & reporting on financial performance
Anticipating potential deviations & proposing mitigation actions to support decision making at working and management level
Analysing quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities.
Desired skills and qualifications:2-3 years experience within controlling, performance management, audit or similar role
Financial Controlling knowledge
Quick learner and appetite for digitalization and data visualisation
Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
Agility in problem solving
Language Skills: fluent English level
