Responsibilities:
Lead supplier procurement activities, including contract negotiation, execution, and management across multiple programs in Oklahoma City and Seattle.
Manage supply and demand, supplier schedules, and financial and delivery performance.
Develop and execute negotiation strategies; finalize pricing and terms for binding agreements.
Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions while resolving performance issues with external suppliers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support continuous supply chain improvement.
Participate in supplier performance teams to establish strategic sourcing solutions across commodities.
Contribute to supply chain process improvement initiatives with integration into broader contract strategies.
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations.
Maintain regular, predictable attendance in a non-managerial, non-leadership role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 10+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to pass a credit check as a condition of employment.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supplier management or procurement contracting.
Preferred: Strong experience in contract term negotiation and price negotiation.
