The Boeing Company is currently looking for Experienced or Senior Procurement Financial Analysts (PFA) (Level 3 or 4) to join the team in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Researches, collects, synthesizes, and analyzes data from appropriate sources to estimate cost of parts, systems and services to obtain best spanet value
- Develops financial models and other analytical tools to drive recommendations for the procurement of goods and services
- Analyzes contract terms to ensure comprehensive understanding of financial and non-financial implications. Supports contract price negotiations to achieve most favorable outcome
- Understands and utilizes economic, financial, and operational data to accurately diagnose key issues, develop strategic alternatives, and drive cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholder alignment
- Clearly conveys financial analysis, strategies, and business recommendations to guide executive leadership decision making on key choices
- Conducts financial, operational, proposal and procedural audits of supplier data and systems
- Prepares the Priced Bill of Material
- Performs and compiles appropriate risk and opportunity analysis. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings or doing business case analysis (i.e. ROI, Cost/Benefit)
- 3+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management
- Experience in a role that required building cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
- Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- 5+ years in a role that required building cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn complex systems and take constructive feedback from others
- Ability to utilize large amounts of data with accuracy in order to drive strategic decisions/recommendations
- Experience with analytics and data visualization
- Comprehension of supply chain operations from raw material to end product

Summary pay range (Senior, Level 3): $90,100 - $121,900
Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4): $113,900 - $154,100
