About the team & the Role 

Every Organization has its own HR tools / applications with 3 key stakeholders. HR Population to perform day to day operations (H2R Hire to Retire), Managers, who perform various activities (create job requisitions or approve the leaves / requests of employee’s)  and employee’s who use these applications for various purposes (such as updating their personal details, and entering Leaves etc.,) 

Graduate Full Stack Consultant will be in charge of providing consultancy on Various front/backend Applications, build or support AI (Chat Bots / Agents) to the business projects, HR populations and to Digital domains.

She/he will represent Airbus Employee Digital Services (EDS) team, engage business projects, enhance existing functionality to design the new areas and fix the open issues. 

This includes collaborating with the Central Design team, providing consulting to Business, HR team(s), Managers  and employees. 

As Graduate Workday Consultant  you will :

• Have a collaborative mindset, and be a real team player (motivated & motivational ) 

• Challenge traditional ways of thinking and propose new ideas 

• Provide Front/backend application consultancy and advisory to end users and Business

• Adopt and promote security-by-design approach with different  projects stakeholders

• Understand the  roadmap, and functionality of the tool

• Proactively contribute to the business solutions’ design and architecture 

• Design the new projects / enhancements 

• Closely working with Product Owners, Product managers, architects,operational people

• Act as the IT/IS Workday focal point in his/her domain,

• Establish and maintain privileged relationship with these Airbus IM organizations,

• Ensure the good reporting for her/his activity

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree specialized in IT or Equivalent;

• Demonstrable consultative approach through  internal or external organizations with real customer-centric mindset. 

• Problem solving techniques with the mindset of debugging.

• Knowledge on Java Spring, NodeJS &43; ReactJS development, Spring Boot (Java) and React(Javascript & Typescript) MarkLogic

• Understanding of non-relational databases (MongoDB) 

• Knowledge on Data Analytics

• Knowledge on AI should be able to build Chatbot and Agents

• Excellent Organizational and interpersonal skill

• Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multi-functional team

Success Metrics: 

As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are:

• Understand Airbus business and process to exchange with various sub products of EDS where Fullstack is used.

• Keeping the Personal Data Compliance inline with GDPR

• Grasp and understand various modules of EDS at high level and implement few of the tasks assigned by Mentor / PO / PM’s

• Agile mindset with Integrity.
