Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Detail Parts Buyer (f/m) to join our Detail Parts Procurement department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team in charge of procuring metallic detail parts for airframe and pylon applications across all Airbus programmes.

Within this team, you will be involved in the full procurement cycle, from strategy definition to contract execution aiming to secure supply, optimise costs, strengthen supplier relationships and directly contribute to Airbus profitability.

Your challenges:

• Manage the full procurement cycle for a portfolio of metallic detail parts: strategy, tenders, negotiations and contract follow-up.

• Lead multifunctional/multidivisional teams during consultation, contracting and execution phases.

• Negotiate the best purchasing conditions in line with Airbus requirements.

• Build and maintain strategic long-term supplier relationships.

• Drive cost optimisation, standardisation, work transfers and supplier innovation projects.

Your boarding pass

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement 

• Knowledge of contract management and ability to handle financial topics.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Team mindset, rigor and adaptability in an international environment.

• English: negotiation level 

• French: Advanced level
