Overview

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze supply chain data and identify issues that could affect product delivery or performance.
- Focus on order planning, inventory control, and delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to determine future needs, close operational gaps and plan supply chain accordingly.
- Manage inventory control systems, track and forecast inventory needs.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.
- Evaluate and report on key metrics and performance indicators on supply chain performance.
- Analyze and interpret data, then develop strategies based on findings.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of reporting experience, preferably in an aerospace and/or manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with supply chain processes, data analysis, and has a strong ability to problem-solve
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred not required. Industry experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with SAP is advantageous
- Hire level determined by related experience
