What You Will Do

• Execute the standard repair processes properly for specific aircraft engine parts within the cell by applying the current approved technical data and standard work processes.
• Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out standard repairs.
• Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
• Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.
• Assist the Cell Leaders/ Assistant Foremen/ Workshop Engineers in their day to day operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
• Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.
• Perform cross-functional jobs within the cell.

Qualifications You Must Have

• NITEC in Aircraft Maintenance/ Aircraft Component/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical Technology/ Mechatronics/ Precision Engineering or any other relevant courses.
• Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines with relevant approval ratings will be advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
• Analytical with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive for success.
