Shipping/Receiving Assistant

Job Description:

Pay Range: $20-25

W2 Contract. US Citizens permitted to apply. This person will ship out hardware to vendors using routing instructions that are provided and to ensure that all paperwork is correct and included with each shipment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate bag sealer
• Read and match up serial numbers on hardware to labels correctly.
• Package hardware to specification, ie labeling, heat sealing, and boxing item.
• Handle hardware without the fear of damaging goods.
• Determine what product goes into which packaging container.
• Ship out customers hardware to the correct address using their routing instruction i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc. ensuring all paperwork and labels are placed inside and outside of each container correctly.
• Access SAP and complete any and all required transactions.
• Unload all incoming vehicles i.e. UPS / FedEx etc. And to sort
And deliver all packages to their assigned destinations.
• Unpack, verify paperwork and the amount of parts in each shipment match up, and to check the metal content of hardware when required using the niton gun
• Complete receiving transactions in SAP.

Qualifications to Apply:
• US Citizen candidates only
• 3+ years of Shipping/Receiving experience
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Proven SAP (or similar tool) experience
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and carrying items.
