PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to support production control for a leading aerospace organization in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you’ll work with a motivated team of experts to solve complex supply chain challenges, ensure on-time delivery, and drive efficiency across critical airplane programs.
What You’ll DoAlign material supply with production schedules and delivery targets.
Identify supply chain risks, such as material shortages, and develop contingency plans.
Drive cost savings and efficiency initiatives through supplier negotiations and process optimization.
Manage supply chain operations using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, GOLD) to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics to resolve issues proactively.
Analyze material requirements and incorporate bills of material into production plans.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational goals.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
1+ year of experience in supply chain or materials management.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment.
1+ year of experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
1+ year of experience with GOLD.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including minimal weekends/holidays as needed.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
Supply chain education or specialized experience.
1+ year of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
