Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Be the AOG Expert: Perform high-quality, rapid-response maintenance on a diverse fleet of corporate and general aviation aircraft.
- Master of Your Craft: Work on a variety of airframes, including Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Embraer (Phenom 300, Praetor/Legacy), Gulfstream, Cessna (Lattitude), Falcon, Learjet, and Hawker.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Execute a wide range of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections and servicing to complex avionics troubleshooting and FAA-approved repairs.
- Own Your Work: Read and interpret technical manuals to solve complex issues, accurately complete all work orders, and maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude.
Must-Have Experience:
- Valid A&P Certificate.
- A minimum of 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Embraer (Phenom, Praetor/Legacy), or Cessna Lattitude.
- Hands-on experience with Garmin 3000 and/or 5000 avionics suites.

Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable and willing to work on elevated platforms (up to 40 feet) using fall protection.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand or sit for extended periods.
