BHI Productions is looking for a talented seasonal contracted A&P Mechanic to join our highly experienced team for the 2025 Fire Season.

We are a FAA approved External Load Operator (Part 133); primarily focused on providing aerial fire suppression services for government agencies including the USFS, CAL FIRE, and Oregon Department of Forestry. Our company operates Sikorsky UH-60 aircraft.

BHI Productions has been in business since 2017 and is led by some of the most experienced personnel in the industry. 

This position does not require relocation. All air travel and lodging expenses to and from contracts will be covered.

Qualifications (Required)

• FAA Airframe Mechanic Certificate
• FAA Powerplant Mechanic Certificate
• State Issued Driver’s License

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Previously USFS UH-60 Mechanic Carded

Qualifications (Additional Preference)

• Class A CDL w/ Hazmat
• Commercial Helicopter Pilot Certificate

Experience (Required)

• 24 Months experience as an A&P
• 12 Months Experience as an A&P maintaining helicopters
• Must have been actively engaged in aircraft maintenance as a certified mechanic for at least the last 18-months out of the last 24-months
• Must have 12 months experience maintaining Sikorsky UH-60 aircraft
• Must have 3-months experience maintaining Sikorsky UH-60 aircraft in “Field” conditions (Maintaining a helicopter away from the operator’s Principal Base of Operations, while under minimal supervision)

Experience (Preferred)

• Pickup/Utility Trailer Driving Experience

Experience (Additional Preference)

• Class A Tanker Driving Experience
