Position Summary
WEEKLY PAY!
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour
Production Schedule: 5:00am-3:30pm
Essential Duties:
Ensure product quality is maintained at all stages
Box, palletize, and scan out finished products
Use of various tools as needed
Demonstrate understanding of assembly operations
Complete Day by Hour, First Piece Inspection, and Scrap Documentation
Meet or exceed assigned Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics
Complete 5S + safety requirements
Follow safety rules and regulations
Maintain production and operate necessary equipment
Regular quality inspections
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Pay high attention to detail

Qualifications
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
May be required to lift up to approximately 40 pounds
Must be able to stand at work station for a long period of time
Must be able to use both hands in a repetitive motion
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust particles
Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions
Education and Experience Requirements
Minimal years of manufacturing experience
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to pass a tape measure test
