Job Title: Material Handler (Forklift Operator)*Must have experience working within a manufacturing environment*
Location: Orlando, FL (32825)
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5 AM – 3:30 PM
Days Off: Fridays and weekends
Pay Rate:$18 - $22.80 per hour (based off of experience)
Job Type: Long-term contract to hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Material Handling:
- Load, unload, and convey materials within or near plant, yard, or work site.
- Perform tasks under specific direction, including shipping and/or receiving.
- Container Management:
- Open containers using hand tools.
- Count and weigh materials and record information.
- Loading and Unloading:
- Load/unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines by hand.
- Load/unload materials into/from trucks by hand.
- Material Conveyance:
- Use wheelbarrow, hand truck, forklift, electric dolly, elevator, or other devices to convey materials.
- Stack or assemble materials.
- Aid machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or using a power hoist.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment/warehouse
- Experience performing cycle counts
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, hand trucks).
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific directions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
