* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 4+ years of experience performing electrical assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and modification on aircraft systems.
* Experience with fabricating new wire bundles.
* Experience in routing and installing wire bundles on aircraft without existing wiring.
* Ability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.
* Ability to obtain a security clearance. Professional Attributes

* Experience with depot-level or modification maintenance.
* Ability to operate forklift, mobile crane, and electric powered elevating equipment. Job Duties & Functions
* Perform on and off aircraft electrical modifications to wiring and system components.
* Perform complex connector terminations, including shielded wires, coaxial cables, and fiber optic wiring.
* Understand wire handling and routing instructions.
* Perform sealing, wrapping, bonding, tying, and closure of wire harnesses and cables per standard processes.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements to perform electrical modifications and repairs.
* Adhere to procedural guidance while performing assembly, installation, visual inspections, modifications, and operational and quality checks.
* Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft electrical and environmental systems at the organizational or depot level.
* Perform bench and/or flight line operational testing and troubleshooting.
* Coordinate preparation and movement of materials and tools.
* Operate riding-type electric powered elevating equipment.
* Maintain certifications, licenses, and permits required for assigned work.
* Assist and train less senior employees and perform duties of lower-level electrical classifications as required.
* Interpret standard work instructions, charts, tables, blueprints, wire diagrams, formulas, sketches, verbal and electronic orders, and job layouts.
* Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, and tools to ensure quality compliance. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to ascend and descend ladders and work in confined spaces.
* Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds, with occasional team lifts exceeding 50 pounds.
* Exposure to noise and elevated work platforms.
* Use of personal protective equipment for face, eyes, ears, hands, and arms.
* Pass visual acuity and color perception tests.
* Handle, use, and dispose of hazardous materials.
* Frequent standing, walking, balancing, reaching overhead, and climbing.
