Job Title: Repair TechnicianJob Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide aircraft window services to existing customers, while actively working to increase the customer base and sales in the assigned Regional Market. You will inspect aircraft windows, evaluate defects for airworthiness, and repair scratches, pits, and other damages. Additionally, you will remove and install replacement windshields and windows.

PayShift- This is a first-shift position running from 7:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00, with up to 25 travel, including possible international travel.
- The typical work week is 40-45 hours, with potential for additional hours if workload demands.

Work Environment
The work is conducted in either a Textron Service Center or a Duncan Aviation location, which includes air-conditioned, non-air-conditioned, and heated, non-heated plants or hangars. You may be exposed to various weather elements. Safety goggles and protective gloves are required, and the ability to work independently is essential.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
