About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Qatar Airways Holidays corporate and trade customers. Developing a successful, consistent approach to local and multinational dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale.
Other responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
Research and report other competitors products/practices/fares, events and other potential QRH concerns to the management and recommend corrective actions.
Determine Corporate and Trade clients needs and suggest suitable travel packages.
Responsible for acquiring sales leads and increasing awareness of (Qatar Airways Holidays) QRH products. Ensure business retention and customer satisfaction levels by providing a personalized and proactive services to customers.
Identify new business opportunities, negotiate new contracts and rates with QRH corporate and trade clients
Work with Line Manager on forthcoming product developments and special promotions by providing firsthand information of the spanet.
Under guidance of Account Manager, oversee assigned accounts operations with Qatar Airways Holidays by ensuring efficient booking procedures.
Collaborating with internal teams such as products, spaneting, finance and operations to ensure smooth execution of trade and corporate account activities
