Role/ Designation: Assistant Manager- RNSP
This role manages overflying permissions, permit approvals, route planning, invoice verification, and regulatory compliance for flight operations. It ensures seamless coordination with Civil Aviation Authorities and supports charter and ferry flight operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Min Graduate with Current Airbus Flight Dispatcher approval.
- Minimum 01 years of experience in Flight Dispatch.
Skill Set Required
- Good knowledge of Flight Dispatch procedures.
- International route and overflying countries.
- NOTAM and AIP study.
- Basic excel.
- Good knowledge of CAR related to Flight Operations
Job Responsibility
- Study of summer/winter schedule and non-scheduled flights overflying permissions.
- Preparation of overflying application as per standard process.
- Securing overflying permit approval for scheduled and non-scheduled flights from CAA.
- Maintenance of overflying consolidated data sheet and dissemination to Flight dispatch.
- Processing and Verification of overflying invoices.
- Maintenance and updation of country wise excel templates for verification of invoices.
- Discrepancy resolution if any reported and resolved with respective CAA.
- Non-scheduled charter/redelivery ferry flight operation to offline/Online stations.
- Air exercise NOTAM analysis and route planning. FOS brief preparation.
- Additional operational tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.
