職務概要

• ヘリコプター販売後のアフターサポートを担う部門において、機体・装備品の整備、修理、改造、また装備品・部品販売等の営業活動に従事します。
• 官公庁&xff08;海上保安庁、消防・防災、警察、防衛省等&xff09;ならびに民間のお客様が運航されている機体に向けてメーカー直下の高質な包括的サポートを提供し、長期的な伴走体制のもと安定したビジネスの獲得・拡大を目指します。
• 契約締結から履行までに至る一連のプロセスにおいて、お客様の窓口として、顧客対応や部署横断的な協働により、様々な課題解決を図ります。これにより、顧客満足を確保し、お客様との良好な関係性のもと、継続的な契約、ひいては新規機体の販売に貢献します。
• 管理職メンバーの一人として、会社・部門方針のチームへの浸透に加え、チームマネジメント、部下・後輩の育成等に従事します。

• 契約履行に伴う顧客対応および社内調整
• 売上計画および収支管理
• 顧客満足維持向上
• チームマネジメント、部下・後輩の育成

必須要件

• 顧客調整力・交渉力・説明力
• 社内調整力・協調性
• リーダーシップ
• チームマネジメント経験、部下・後輩の育成経験5年以上
• ストレスおよびプレッシャー耐性
• 国際的な環境への適応力
• 航空業界への興味
• 航空機の関連部品やサービス販売等の営業経験
• B2B製造業における部品やサービスの営業経験
• 英語力&xff08;ビジネスレベル、読み書き・会話含む&xff09;
• MSオフィスもしくはGoogle Workspace&xff08;Gmail等&xff09;の基本的な操作
• 日本の官公庁顧客への営業経験 (あれば望ましい)
