Qualifications
To qualify at the FV-H (GS/FG 12) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G(GS/FG 10/11) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes:
- Manages maintenance projects and programs, management of facilities, evaluating facilities, and projecting planning requirements.
- Manages maintenance programs that include planning activities to meet customer schedules and needs.
- Evaluates facility maintenance operations performed by a variety of contractors to assure conformance with establish guidelines.
- Directs actual work of maintenance and construction personnel at job sites.
