Manager, Strategy & PMO (Payments & Strategic Partnerships)Role Overview

Join us at the intersection of ecosystem, fintech, airlines, and online travel, where strategy meets execution at scale.

We are looking for a high-calibre Manager / Senior Manager to drive both strategic planning and execution excellence across our Payments & Strategic Partnerships function. This is a hybrid role combining strategy development, business planning, and PMO governance.

Working closely with the Head of Payments & Strategic Partnerships, you will act as a key extension of leadership—helping define priorities, structure initiatives, and ensure delivery of high-impact programs across fintech, airlines, OTAs, and ecosystem partnerships.

What You’ll DoShape Strategy & Drive Priorities

  • Support development of strategies across payments, fintech, airlines, and OTA ecosystems.

  • Translate strategic goals into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and execution plans.

  • Identify growth opportunities, new revenue streams, and partnership models.

Own PMO & Execution Governance

  • Establish and manage a robust PMO framework to track all strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.

  • Ensure disciplined execution and on-time delivery of key initiatives.

Drive High-Impact Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (e.g., new payment solutions, partnership launches, spanet expansions).

  • Work across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver outcomes.

  • Step in to solve complex or high-priority business challenges.

Performance Management & Business Insights

  • Define and track KPIs across revenue, payment performance, conversion, and partnership outcomes.

  • Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility to leadership.

  • Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.

Enable Ecosystem Growth Across Key Pillars

  • Support initiatives across fintech partners, airlines, OTAs, and broader digital ecosystem players.

  • Ensure alignment and coordination across multiple ecosystem workstreams.

  • Drive integration of partnerships into a seamless customer journey.

Drive Operating Rhythm & Leadership Support

  • Establish strong operating cadence (weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, QBRs).

  • Prepare leadership materials, presentations, and strategic updates.

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Head, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and execution discipline.

  • Clear and actionable strategies translated into execution

  • Strong visibility and governance across all strategic initiatives

  • On-time delivery of high-impact projects and partnerships

  • Improved performance across revenue, conversion, and payment metrics

  • Seamless coordination across teams and ecosystem partners

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years (Manager) / 8–12+ years (Senior Manager) in strategy, consulting, PMO, or business operations roles

  • Experience in payments, fintech, airlines, OTA, or digital platforms is a strong advantage

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to manage both strategy and execution

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
