Job Description:

Product Communication Engagement Manager will play a key role in supporting internal communication efforts to promote IT services, tools, and digital transformation initiatives to colleagues. This position will focus on translating technical updates into accessible language, engaging colleagues through various communication channels, and encouraging the adoption of new technologies. The role involves collaborating with head of Product and Other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful communication across the organization.

ABOUT THE JOB  

 

  • Assist in implementing internal communication strategies to promote IT services, tools, and colleague computing transformation initiatives across the organization. 
  • Continuously develop clear, easy-to-understand messaging that translates complex IT updates into language that all colleagues can understand, ensuring they feel empowered to use IT solutions effectively. 
  • Work closely with the Head of Product, Market & Colleague leadership, and Group communications teams to support the development of colleague engagement campaigns that drive participation and adoption of IT systems and tools. 
  • Help plan and manage engagement activities, such as internal tech communities, webinars, AI chat adoption, and feedback loops, to increase colleague understanding and use of available colleague computing technology. 
  • Assist in developing diverse communication materials, including videos, newsletters, AI chat content, FAQs, intranet updates, training materials, and knowledge base articles.  
  • Ensure that communication materials are tailored to meet the needs of various audiences, from technical staff to non-technical colleagues, making IT updates and changes relevant and accessible to all. 
  • Help establish and maintain feedback channels, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather insights into colleague needs, challenges, and satisfaction with IT services. 
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Market & Colleague leadership and Group communications teams, ensuring communication efforts are collaborative and impactful. 
  • Track and report on the success of communication and engagement strategies using metrics like colleague engagement levels, adoption rates, and feedback scores. Present findings to the Head of Product and recommend improvements to enhance colleague engagement.

ABOUT YOU 

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, computer science, or human resources, or a comparable qualification. 
  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, project management, IT service management. 
  • Expert knowledge in the M365 world, communication infrastructures, and extensive experience in successfully conveying digital content to various target groups. 
  • Experience in constructive collaboration with employee representative bodies. 
  • Experience in motivating employees for new topics and inspiring them for innovations. 
  • Team player with persuasive power and assertiveness. 
  • Service-oriented and solution-focused, always finds the best solutions. 
  • Very good German and English language skills. 
  • Analytical thinking and structured working methods.
