General Description
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the contract in support of the 402nd Aircraft Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia and the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC)
Duties
- Must be knowledgeable of overall organization, direction, and requirements of the contract efforts
- Interface daily with the government designated representatives
- Provides supervision/management of activities and staff, which includes reviewing employee performance, addressing personnel issues, generating assignments, and setting priorities
- Responsible for overall program performance within budgetary and schedule guidelines
- Briefs Executive Leadership monthly during Program Management Reviews
- Prepares and submits program CDRLs as required
- Establishes budgets and forecasts manpower to always ensure proper staffing levels
- Collaborates with Tyonek Recruiting to assess candidate pool and leads candidate interviews
- Implements and maintains quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repair
- Provides regular updates on program progress, financial performance, and safety initiatives to management
- Creates and fosters solid working relationships with Civil Service Leadership
- Considerable flexibility of methods, outside the box thinking required to meet program goals
- Originality and initiative are important as well as the ability to work under unusual or extreme pressures.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in aviation or business management is preferred. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience related to aviation programs
- Contract PM/Site Lead/USAF Depot experience desired
- Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be proficient in various computer programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass a background check, which could include a criminal history and credit check for access to Government facilities.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
