Responsibilities:
Drive the Everett Site Refresh plan to clean, organize, paint, and enhance the factory environment through cross-functional coordination.
Establish and maintain a core team cadence and operating rhythm for ongoing project visibility and execution.
Own and manage Everett site operations refresh data, ensuring accurate tracking and status reporting.
Design and facilitate integrated workshops to support phased execution planning.
Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Phasing Plan (IMPP) to track project milestones and dependencies.
Prepare and deliver executive-level leadership presentations to report progress, issues, and opportunities.
Develop or support an Operations Playbook (e.g., 5S methodologies) to ensure sustainable process improvements.
Partner with Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) to design and maintain a Project Control Room / Visibility Room for real-time updates and coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
Proven experience establishing and managing operating rhythms and structured team cadences.
Demonstrated success in developing master schedules or phasing plans and facilitating integrated workshops.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Project or Open Plan is a plus.
Skilled in developing and presenting executive-level communications and materials.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
Must be onsite in Everett, WA, with ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
Prior experience working within Boeing or directly at the Everett site.
Experience collaborating with GREF or facilities/engineering sustainment groups.
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
