Job Purpose
Senior Associate Human Factors- Flight Ops Safety team is responsible to the Manager HF Flight Ops Safety for all HF & CRM administrative, training and promotion related matters for Flight Ops Safety.
Key Accountabilities
Support to Manager HF
- Manage and liaise with other departments for HF & CRM training programs daily
- Monitor CRM Instructors/trainers under charge and schedule timely company and regulatory standardization checks
- Conduct HF - CRM regulatory training on weekly basis
- Conduct HF and fatigue review, CRM counselling and de-briefings for crew
- Assist Manager HF Flt Ops Safety in developing HF and safety training promotion and awareness contents and deliverables
- Assist Manager HF Flight Safety in fatigue risk management program
- Assist Manager HF Flight Safety in Integrated Human Factors Charter
Operational Responsibility
- Coordinate training requirements of pilots, cabin crew and dispatchers with CMS, DOPS, and Ground Training Planning
- Oversee day-to-day administration of the HF-CRM regulatory training
- Review voluntary Fatigue and CRM reports received from the assigned bases to the Manager HF Flt Ops Safety
- Participate in fatigue review and promotional activities and regulatory compliance
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
Minimum requirements | - Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation/Management,

Experience | Minimum | Desired |
- At least 3 years of aviation experience
| - Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, industry best practices, and operational procedures;
- Degree/Certification in Human Factors and/or Psychology will be an advantage
- Have current commercial air transport experience as a cabin crew member.
- Aviation/Training background will be an advantage
- Experience with CRM Trainings
