Objectives

To support existing and new API integrations related inhouse and external applications.

Major Deliverables

• Assisting, troubleshooting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on all applications integrated with API (SOAP & REST)

• Managing API integrations with OTA’s and other travel partners

• Collaborate with other developers and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure API functionality and reliability

• Creating documentation for all the integration

• Independently leading integration projects

• Experience with API security, including encryption and data protection

Essential Attributes

• Passenger Service System (PSS) core functions, preferably Navitaire

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Interline, Code share & NDC

• Navitaire REST & SOAP API experience

• Knowledge of API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) & Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Desirable Attributes

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
