JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR ROLE AS A:

Senior Creative Designer

We’re looking for young and bold multi-disciplinary creative designer with various skillsets from design to photography to video related. And of course love to travel. If youre the creative unicorn that were looking for, read them below:

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with a team of designers under the guidance of the Creative Head to translate campaign briefs into strong creative visuals for web, social media, and print.

• Quality and Consistency: Ensure high creative quality and consistent brand execution across all spaneting touchpoints in collaboration with the Creative Head.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the spaneting team and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain strong discipline in quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet brand and technical standards before hand-off.

• Content Creation: Create all creative spaneting materials, both static and animated, for online videos, online spaneting, social channels (Wechat, XHS, Weibo, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), and offline materials.

• Brainstorming: Brainstorm, align, and develop campaign key visuals together with the Creative Head.

• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate design approaches.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in multimedia design, video production, graphic design, and AI prompt development.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in multimedia design or a related field. A degree in Visual Design, Motion Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant multimedia design software.

• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while being a strong team player in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Communication: Proficient in English and Mandarin

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of rich media and multimedia design projects.
