Position Summary The Manager, Creative Lead - Copy will be responsible for the development of brand content and copy for Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) and its subsidiaries, that resonates with the brand identity and enhance our brand equity. Candidate must be able to engage and capture our target audience via copywriting that meets MAG requirements. This role will involve end-to-end ideation, conceptualisation, planning, coordination, and execution of brand campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, the communication messages and content for digital, audiovisual (AV), websites, above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities such as events, buntings and other spaneting collateral. Candidate will be instrumental in creating and publishing high-quality, impactful content across all platforms, ensuring seamless communication of our brand message and values.
Key AccountabilityProvide airline customers with accurate information on the airline’s products and services to drive sales.
- Assist customers with flight booking and reservation matters using the Amadeus Altea or Navitaire SkySpeed system.
- Follow up and coordinate the delivery of airline products and services to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all provided information and performed transactions comply strictly with airline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process ad-hoc requests from other departments.
- Handle various requests and issues received via email from other departments or stations.
- Monitor time limits, payment reminders, Agency Debit Memos (ADM), sales portal registrations, and emails.
- Provide first-level support for Helpdesk inquiries.
- Escalate and highlight any technical issues related to the sales portal.
Qualification & Working Experience- Minimum qualification: SPM/SPMV A bachelors degree in spaneting, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field is often preferred.
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in ticketing and sales.
Areas of ExperienceExperience in a related field is preferred.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; IT literate
