Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Senior Project Manager to lead and drive strategic in-flight operations and premium aviation projects. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of project management principles, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence.This role is pivotal in managing complex, multi-vertical initiatives including:
• Wet Lease Programs• Code Share Operations• Wide Body Aircraft Deployments• International Expansion Strategies
Key Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate high-impact projects across multiple business verticals with strict adherence to timelines and budget.• Strategically manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, external partners• Drive cost leadership initiatives through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Develop and implement frameworks for risk mitigation, compliance, and quality assurance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:• MBA or equivalent from a top-tier business school with specialization in Project Management.• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in aviation or other industries.• Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.• Experience in aviation operations is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
1. Project Management Expertise • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models. • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and cost control.

Executive Communication & Presentation • Ability to create crisp, high-impact presentations for CXO-level audiences. • Skilled in storytelling with data—translating complex insights into actionable strategies. • Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva for visual communication.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Closure • Proactive in chasing senior colleagues and driving accountability across teams. • Strong follow-through and ability to push for timely closures without escalation. • Experience in matrix organizations or environments with dotted-line reporting.
6. Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen • Understanding of aviation business models (Wet Lease, Code Share, etc.) is a plus. • Ability to balance cost leadership with premium service delivery. • Experience in scaling operations internationally or managing wide-body aircraft projects is highly desirable.
